As a SaaS solution, the platform is available as soon as the project is validated with our contacts. The setup period (tool configuration, questionnaire creation, data integration, and support) takes about 4 to 6 weeks.

What is the cost of the solution?

Klara is a SaaS solution, and its cost depends on the number of users being tracked. We offer monthly or annual subscriptions based on your needs.

During the platform deployment, each indicator can be customised according to your challenges and needs.

Do I need to download Klara from the App Store or Play Store?

The Klara platform is currently available as a SaaS solution (directly on the internet) and does not need to be downloaded. This system provides additional security via SSO (Single Sign-On) connection.

Process and Features

On what topics does Klara operate?

Klara addresses training, talent management, and managerial practices. The common denominator? The desire to enrich employee development. For example, we digitise skills tracking processes (soft and hard skills), development plans, and training needs assessment. We also help our clients evaluate the impact of their development initiatives.

Can we digitise paper and Excel formats using Klara?

Klara's support allows for the complete digitalisation of all your processes and documents. The aim is to simplify your onboarding as much as possible, so we offer a transition from your paper and Excel documents in just a few weeks.

What differentiates Klara from other tools?

The automation of processes, platform personalisation, data visualisation, and the employee space are true added values of Klara. Through unique support, expertise, and collaboration, we provide a genuine human experience for our clients and partners.

Is Klara a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)?

Klara is a platform that complements HRIS. It systematically integrates with our clients' HRIS to automatically retrieve employee data, such as managing entries/exits in the company, thus avoiding manual work. This prevents double entry between the HRIS and Klara.

Is Klara a Learning Management System (LMS)?

Klara is not an LMS either, but it complements this tool, particularly for measuring the impact of training actions implemented. Klara does not aim to provide content, but it does facilitate access related to employees' learning paths and tracks skills development in relation to the training they undergo from the LMS. This connection is made via API, allowing for the automation of these follow-ups.

Is it possible to set up individual development plans (IDP)?

Yes. The Klara platform allows you not only to create your employees' individual development plans but also to include all stakeholders in this process to make it collaborative. The platform also enables you to track the progress of these development plans by setting objectives and monitoring whether these objectives are achieved over time.

Are post-training follow-ups integrated?

Yes. Post-training follow-up is a key feature of the platform, allowing you to determine whether skills have been fully, partially, or not at all acquired. This also enables employees to provide feedback and assess the quality of the training they received.

Can we analyse the data collected from employees and managers?

This is the real value added by the platform. Your data is presented through individual or collective graphs, determining the actual engagement rate of your employees and the impact of the development initiatives implemented. You have different levels of analysis, allowing you to delve into varying degrees of detail based on your needs.

Can Klara be connected to other tools?

Certainly, the platform interfaces with the tools in your HRIS environment (Workday, SuccessFactors, TalentSoft, etc.), LMS, CRM, etc. We also offer SSO connections to facilitate platform accessibility for all users.
